At Magic Propz, we carefully inspect and pack every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

No Returns or Refunds

All products purchased from Magic Propz are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect colour, size, quantity, or design chosen by the customer
  • Products that are no longer required
  • Minor variations in colour, printing, finish, or appearance
  • Products that have been opened, used, assembled, inflated, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For verification, you may be required to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs/videos of the package and product
  • Unboxing video, where available

After verification, Magic Propz may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution for the affected item.
